Scheduling Appointments: Convenience is Key!

  • Once your child is an enrolled member of Cornerstone Pediatrics, there are several ways to schedule appointments to be seen. Same day, next day and after hours appointments are available. Appointments can be booked online through the Patient Portal, calling or texting the clinic or in person at the clinic.
  • Our non-urgent care office hours are limited therefore it is best for you to schedule your child's non-urgent appointments as far in advance as possible.

Appointment Confirmation

  • We use email, text messaging, and telephone calls to confirm appointments. We will leave a message on your voicemail if we do not reach you when we call. If you are unable to receive appointment confirmation by any of these methods or would prefer not to be contacted in a certain way, please let our staff know at your earliest convenience so that we can make note of that.
  • You are always free to contact the clinic about anything regarding your child's appointments. 

Appointment Check In

  • Whenever possible, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment.

Clinic Wait Times

  • We strive to minimize your wait time. Please understand, however, that urgent and emergent health issues occasionally arise and will take priority over any scheduled non-urgent/emergent appointments. These situations occur more often in the fall and winter but could occur at any time. We sincerely appreciate your understanding. 

No Shows

  • We value the time we have set aside to spend with your child! We do not double book appointments. If you are not able to keep an appointment, we would appreciate at least 24-hours notice.
