  • To establish care as a new patient, contact the clinic at (541) 371-2340. 
  • Leave a message for Dr. Brennan directly. She will contact you back to let you know when the next establish care appointment is available for your child.

 

  • Please note that Cornerstone Pediatrics' pre-appointment questionnaires, for both new and established patients, can be quite extensive. Please be prepared to fill out detailed paperwork prior to every visit so Dr. Brennan can provide your child optimal medical care.

  • Dr. Brennan is very thorough in providing high quality well child care for children of all ages at regular intervals throughout their young lives but is also well equipped to care for the urgent needs of sick children. 
  • Dr. Brennan additionally specializes in meeting the complex and unique needs of children who have ongoing chronic medical conditions. Here are a few common chronic conditions that Dr. Brennan manages (this list is not all inclusive):

  1. Allergies and asthma
  2. Behavior health issues such as anxiety, depression, aggression, ADHD among others
  3. Nutrition and digestive disorders
  4. Teen Health issues
